Lot lease for the 2024 season will be $2,500 which includes your lease, Village municipal service fees ($300), and sewer. Power and water is paid by leasee.

There is 8 lots available for summer 2024. If you, family, and friends join our community with 2 or more sites, each signed lease will be given a $100 credit.
